They won't pay a fair price. They had a 90/10 split before Chavez, with 90% of the profits going to Big Oil and 10% to Venezuela. Chavez insisted on a 50/50 split with 50% of the profits going to Venezuelan social programs (education, health care, etc.). U.S. Big Oil stomped out of the talks and the U.S. has been crying "fraud" ever since. Lol! They're so transparent. But they do muddle many peoples' minds with this propaganda.
